We also buy Rare CDs, deleted albums, rare records/vinyl and collections and will travel throughout the UK so you can give us a call if you have anything to sell. We are open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (GMT) 7 days a week.

How much do you charge for postage?

Handling and postage costs are as follows: UK CD/7"/cassette £1.25 + £0.50p each after 10"/12"/LP £2.50 + £1.00 each after Videos £2.50 + £1.00 each after (optional insurance) Europe CD/7"/cassette £2.50 + £1.00 each after 10"/12"/LP £3.50 + £1.50 each after Videos £3.50 + £2.00 each after Rest Of The World CD/7"/cassette £4.50 + £1.75 each after 10"/12"/LP £7.00 + £3.00 each after Videos £5.00 + £2.50 each after The above prices are for royal mail, air mail delivery. If you wish goods to be shipped special delivery arrangements, please contact us by email with your order details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 days. Orders are sent royal mail unless otherwise requested. You should wait up to 7 days after despatch (28 days for overseas orders), to allow for postal delays.

Can my order be shipped to a different address?

Orders are usually shipped to the address shown on your credit card statement. However, if you set up an account (using your billing address), you may then set up individual delivery addresses.

Where do we ship?

Due to certain postage limitations we are unable to ship to all countries.

Are there any other cases where you will accept returns?

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt. However, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been removed or the product damaged in any way. You must contact us prior to returning any goods, and will be liable for postage costs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted as detailed on the home page of our website. You may also pay by cheque or postal order. All cheques/postal orders should be made payable to Encore Records. Goods will not be shipped until cheques/postal orders have cleared. We have also now introduced Paypal as a payment option.
