By accessing or subscribing to our website, you (the “User” or "Merchant") signify that you have read, understand and agree to abide by the Terms of Use we have in place, without regard to whether you are an existing client of our directory or not. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add or delete any part of this Agreement.

Site Usage
Usage of this website may include, but is not limited to, paid listings, advertisements, sponsored and promotional links along with the display and use of the numerous articles and how-to guides. Pricenab reserves the right to suspend any or all of the services at its discretion. The reasons for suspension may include, but are not limited to, fraud, misinformation or theft with regard to payments.
Pricenabs editors are given full rights and privileges to edit, move or delete listings as they deem necessary without further notice. It is the users responsibility to keep checking the directory for any changes. Approved users are not above these Terms of Use or submission guidelines, and any websites found to be deviating from the expected norm, can expect their services to be suspended by our editors at any point of time.
Submitting a site along with the payment only means you are requesting a review and does not guarantee placement. Pricenab intends to approve Paid placements within 24 hours (1 working day) however on occasion may take longer. If after the review, our editors find that your site does not meet our submission guidelines, payment will not be refunded. Payments are to be made through Paypal only.
We reserve the right to discontinue or suspend the services offered by any website at any time with or without notice. You agree that Pricenab shall not be liable to you or to any third party in any way whatsoever for suspension or discontinuation of service.
Premium/Featured Merchants
Pricenab offers a service where merchants can elect to receive "premium" or "featured" status for a monthly fee. The exact features that these options offer are subject to change at any time, and the current premium and featured options are displayed during store sign-up.
Paid listings on the Pricenab website are not eligible for a refund once the website has passed the review and published. The site owner has a right to request a permanent removal of the site from the directory at any time. You may also cancel your ongoing payments at any time and our editors will remove your listings upon non-receipt of payment. It is the users responsibility to ensure payments are cancelled (where paypal is used, the payment must be cancelled using the paypal payment system).
Merchants eligible for Product Listings must supply data in CSV or TAB delimited format. Pricenab makes no guarantee to the position, ranking or prominence of listings, however we will make every effort to ensure products are displayed in a fair manner where our technology and database permits.

All rights reserved. The material posted on the Pricenab site; including website content, articles, logos, trademarks, illustrations, artwork, graphics and all other components is protected by intellectual property laws and the directory hold all copyrights.
Any usage of this copyrighted material for any purpose other than your sole, non-commercial use, needs prior written approval from the editors at Pricenab.
Statement of Responsibility
Pricenab is not responsible for any content that forms our website. We also do not take responsibility for any products or services advertised in our website. We do not endorse any websites listed in our directory or advertisements displayed.
Though we make every effort to provide only the best, we lay no claim that our services, information and products provided to you on our website will meet all your expectations. We make no claim that the service will be completely error free, fast or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee results.
